I had snes purify scan everything once (I think). It did about 15 roms in a split second. Then it wouldn't show the files as active again. I went to open in bsnes and no go. They're there but not opening. Any tips?

Are the file extensions correct? They should be .sfc in order to load them in bsnes.
Also, have you tried snes9x? For most people it's probably a better emu choice currently (no offense to byuu).

rename the program.rom in the created folder(s) to program.sfc and open it with bsnes
