Hi, i just installed Chromium 4.0.221.1 (Ubuntu build 27838), but have one very annoying issue-each time i press backspace it turns me back to previous visited page.
Is this sort of bug? Or default action? Can it be changed?

FIXED: just got update to 4.0.221.3 (Ubuntu build 27948)
Well, they are fast...
Hrm. I just got the latest update from the Chromium PPA for Ubuntu and I'm not getting any fix for this. Still quite obnoxious.
Well, i get it fixed after yesterdays update-you should restart your computer/gnome session (logout, login) and after that it should be ok.
Post here what version do you use (about chrome).
Haha, I've restarted once since getting my Dell Mini 10v. XD That fixed it. I probably only needed to log out of the session, but eh. XD Thanks for the advice. SOLVED.
Is it broken again? It's not working in "5.0.323.0 (38568) Ubuntu"

Using chrome 5.0.307.7 beta
No issues
Actually, it's fixed.
"Backspace should not be a shortcut for the back button on
Linux" - http://code.google.com/p/chromium/is...etail?id=30699
Imho, this should be configurable (like in Firefox) so I'm hoping they'll implement it soon.
Any one found a solution for this? It's still "fixed" in the latest versions of Chrome and Chromium.
edit: Nvm. It's working again in Chrome 5.0.307.11 beta for some inexplicable reason.

Express yourself here please.
New "bug" has been opened because "some" people are still used to use this shortcut instead of alt (left) + arrows
