community radio online

We want to create a community radio online, in the web I found some ways based on windows, but we want to use free software to do it.
Does anyone know a simple way to do it on ubuntu?

have you looked at Airtime maybe I havent used it myself but I have heard it is very good http://www.sourcefabric.org/en/airtime/

You could also checkout dyne.org too I cant remember but I think dyne:bolic Linux has Radio Broadcasting software built in, also I have seen the Software from dyne.org in the Ubuntu Software Center too.
