when I do a lspci -nn | grep 0280
I see I have BCM4312 802.11b/g LP-PHY 14e4:4315[rev 01]
Also tried update of bcmwl-kernel-source. My machine says I have the newest version.
I think I need more help, I'm getting lost and confused.
I believe the STA driver is correct for your device. Let's see what's loaded and what's not:
Code:
lsmod | grep -e b43 -e wl
Is wl loaded? If not, load it:And look for errors or messages:
Code:
dmesg | grep -e wlan -e eth1 -e wl
Thanks.
