Well you have tarball .rar & whatever that youtube format is so with the tarball You should choose no action for it and save it and click remember settings and for the .rar take no action remember settings as for the youtube video problem the same

search for downloadhelper from within the firefox add-ons page

if for some strange reason the page wont load (and just hangs at loading) I suggest looking for the linux version on a windows machine as they have no trouble...Irony (I searched add-ons too and it's gone)
