Problem with firefox downloads

Hi there guys i hav a problem with firefox downloads, whenever i try to open the download this stupid dialog appears i dont know whats wrong..

Well you have tarball .rar & whatever that youtube format is so with the tarball You should choose no action for it and save it and click remember settings and for the .rar take no action remember settings as for the youtube video problem the same

I ran this in terminal still no use

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:blue-shell/firefox-kde
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install firefox firefox-kde-support

search for downloadhelper from within the firefox add-ons page

if for some strange reason the page wont load (and just hangs at loading) I suggest looking for the linux version on a windows machine as they have no trouble...Irony (I searched add-ons too and it's gone)

Thanks dont know what was wrong but somehow downloads working perfectly now
