Wireless connection erratic in Precise Pangolin

Hi, I've recently installed Ubuntu 12.04 on my Dell inspiron N4010.
My wireless connection is totally erratic. Initially, I was able to connect to my Wireless network, but after subsequent reboots, I was unable to access my Wireless network.
    Wireless network shows as disconnected.
    I've tried many solutions..

    sudo rfkill unblock all

worked once.. But again after rebooting, that also didnt work, as there was nothing left to unblock. Since my wireless is of the Broadcom b43 series, I tried reinstalling
b43-fwcutter, as suggested by other threads. Ths also worked once, but after that again I am unable to access the Wireless network in subsequent reboots.
Now reinstalling b43-fwcutter is also not working.

    Followng is output of lspci
