ubuntu installation problems

hey guys, i have been trying to install ubuntu from usb, used
ubuntu 12.04.01-alternate-i386.iso , then made usb bootable with netbootin..exe, after that i inserted that usb in m laptop, dell vostro-1088,
i started booting ,after keyboard setup it begin to load files from cd-rom which is't working in my system,

how can i install it in my systm, without a 0% use of cd-rom below are images step-by step what i did....

You may need to confirm that your download was valid. Sometimes burning CD at slowest speed allowed helps also.

Shrinking a Windows 7 partition is best done in Windows. But do not create new partitions with Windows.
