Drivers for DVB-T USB HYBRID LV5hd

This is dvb-t for usb. I have Ubuntu 12.04. Kaffeine and other applications don't see this. Model: USB HYBRID LV5hd. This include chipset: TDA18271HDC2 and ATI Theater video T507. How run this usb DVB-T? Dmesg result:
