    Dual display (Extended Desktop) Problems

    Hi Guys,
I have installed Ubuntu 12.04 and everything is working fine until i connect my monitor to my laptop. see screenshot,

As you can see the docks are halfway on one monitor and halfway on the other on the top and bottom, this is cairo dock and even though i restart the
program it goes back this way.

I tried restarting while connected, but that didnt help, also tried different resolutions and playing around with the settings.

IF anyone can help would be greatly appreciated.
