Update: Everything seems to be working fine on my end. Turned on my laptop this morning and I was able to run Update Manager fine and I can now access those websites. Something must have been fixed overnight which is what I was hoping would happen.

Awesome it's broken again

Fixed. It's working now, no update problems anymore. Maybe it was some software causing it, while trying to update.
