Xorg using too much CPU

Hi, I'm having this problem with Xorg, whenever i turn on firefox and start browsing (most of the times it's facebook and youtube), he starts using at least 40% of the CPU and choking everything. What can be done and how can this be reduced ?

Using Lubuntu 12.04 LXDE.

I am having the exact same problem and was about to post a similar message. Did you resolve this issue? Does anybody have any tips for debugging the root cause of this problem and possibly submitting a bug to either ubuntu or firefox?
