editor for default css file in gnome-shell

No one has taken over this project, so before trying to continue with it, I need a little information:

    - if you install the gnome-shell package (not the default gnome desktop), it uses a css file to configure itself. I had been working on an editor to let one change top bar font size, color and foreground/background, as well as changing things like the default background on the unity menu, the search bar, calendar and the like. Again, this isn't for the regular gnome desktop but instead if you have installed the separate gnome-shell package.

    - does anyone see a need for this yet, or should I just drop the project all together?
