Plugin Issues

Using Lubuntu 13.04 from a USB drive. Prompted to install plugins for Microsoft Media Player, Adobe Flash, etc. Have not been successful. Seeking guidance on how to actually have plugins successfully downloaded and show up as applications that can be installed and launched

Open the terminal and type

sudo apt-get install lubuntu-restricted-extras

Or you can install lubuntu-restricted-extras from synaptic

Then add the medibuntu ppa and install w64(or w32) codecs
