How to lock cd rom

Hello,
I want to lock my cd rom while im using the Live CD Ubuntu trial.
It is important because I have to prevent people of ejecting my cd rom and cut my work in the middle of it.

If there is no manual way on your machine to open the CD drive and remove the live CD from it, I don't think the running OS will allow the CD to be ejected. I can not open the drive on my machine while the live CD OS is successfully booted, so the question may be unnecessary.
