Anyone with a Sony Nex 5 or Nex 7 camera?

I just sold my Nikon d90 and want to buy a Nex 7 camera. As I am buying it from the web I wanted to ask if it makes a shutter click as DSLRs do or it can take the photos silently like point and shoot cameras?

The Nex cameras have a mechanical shutter so they are not silent.
Play the video here http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/sonynex7/11 and you will hear the shutter sound.

Still a great camera though.

May I ask why you want a completely silent camera? There might be some other options available to you though.
