Wammu is not responding

I have been looking for using my laptop as phone . and i found wammu . i could use it after trying 100 times . at first i couldnt use wammu and 3g connetion at same time and i did it with wvdial. after i opened wammu and i tryied those :

sending sms : okey
receiving sms : wammu is not responding
call phone : : wammu is not responding
receiving call : : wammu is not responding

how can i do ?

ubuntu 12.04 & wammu-gammu 1.31 & huwaei 176g
