Ubuntu CD images never reboot after installation in VMWare

The title is worth a thousand words.

After I install any Ubuntu variant on VMWare Workstation, they never reboot and I have to shut it down. It is a renowned bug, so anyone know how to fix?

Reboot, as in - press enter to eject cd?

Yes, sir, it has been a long time since this bug was found in VMWare, and NO one is fixing this.
