Can I Install Ubuntu without Setting New User

Is it possible to install ubuntu but not set-up a new user? I am thinking like when you buy a new PC and when you first start it up it asks you to setup your information? Thanks.

It sounds as if you want to do an OEM installation, which allows you to install Ubuntu and get it configured how you like, e.g. all updates installed, before setting up the first user.

Yes! That is what I was thinking. I don't know what it was called. That is what I wanted. Thanks.
