Ubuntu on MSI GE40 2OL?

Hi everyone!

I am going to buy a new laptop and I am thinking about MSI GE40 2OL because of it's power and relatively low weight. But at the same time I am going to use it with Ubuntu. There are not too many posts about there "interaction" on Google, just a few with installation problems (UEFI-related). So, the question is: does anyone have any experience or knowledge about using Ubuntu (or at least any linux) on this laptop? If yes, what to expect of it?

I would only buy an Intel GPU, and this machine has a NVIDIA® GeForce GT 750M. So: Are you a gamer / heavy graphics users?

No, I am not much of a gamer, but I will most probably need CUDA and/or OpenCL for some heavy computation sometimes. So I don't really nead such a heavy GPU as this laptop has, but it is the only quad-core+8Gb RAM laptop with decent weight I could find.
