global menu bar add-on and Firebug crashes Firefox

    Hello everyone,

I am having some weird issue with Firefox and the Firebug add on.. just recently I upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04 and reinstalled my system from scratch, and since I am a web developer, I can't live without my trusty old Firebug add-on.

But this seems to crash Firefox every time I try to start it. After some troubleshooting, it seems to happen only when I have the global menu bar integration addon enabled. When you disable that add on and then try to use Firebug, everything works fine, but when you enable the global menu bar add on, it immediately crashes.

Is anyone else also having this issue?

Yeah, got it disabled for now.. already figured that it was most likely a bug but wasn't sure where I had to report it. It's not ideal since I love the global menu but it's better than nothing.
