Can't transfer podcasts to my ipod using Rhythmbox

Rhythmbox is playing my podcasts, but when I try to transfer them to my ipod I get an error message: Didn't get a playback URI for entry

Any ideas?

Have you tried or are you opposed to using gtkpod?

Depending on the version of ipod you have will depend on your success rate. I have always used Banshee with high success rate but that was up until the 2nd generation Ipod Touch, I have since switched to itunes via wine and I have a windows machine also with itunes. I have not looked up compatibility recently but last I knew ipod touches / iphones do not get along well with linux
