    Reinstall Ubuntu

I have windows 7 and ubuntu
I want to completely remove ubuntu and then reinstall it again
The first time i installed ubuntu was from windows itself and well some problems occur now I have the CD to install from it

so, how exactly it's a complete clean reinstall without affecting my Windows partitions?

    is this a good removal:

    Re: Reinstall Ubuntu

If you have wubi or Ubuntu inside Windows, it is different.

    Post this to be sure:

    sudo fdisk -lu

Also make a Windows repairCD and backup everything that is important.

    Backups ---------
The vendor recovery DVDs are just an image of your drive as purchased. If you have housecleaned a lot of cruft normally included, run many updates with many reboots, and added software you may want a full back up.

Make your own Windows repairCD (not vendor recovery):
