Help! Did I loose everything? Grub Rescue no such part

While following a guide on how to uninstall Ubuntu I think I removed windows DDDDX

I was dual booting and I got annoyed at the screen to pick between loading Linux or Windows. I only used Ubuntu to test out the hardware of the computer, and once everything was ok I bought a hard drive and put in windows and Linux. I went into disk management and deleted a partron that I thought was Linux. I rebooted and got "error no such partition grub rescue _". I can't reinstall windows it gives me a error that a Sys file is corrupted after loading from the disk. PLEASE TELL ME I DID NOT DELETE ALL MY PERSONAL DOCUMENTS. This is the guide I was using the uninstall

    Thank you in advance

Along the same lines, but a little more to the point, I would suggest you look here first. Run the Boot repair tool. It may fix your problem. It will produce some out put that says a real lot about the state of your system. If you post that as per the instructions in this thread, you will be a lot closer to getting more help.

Did you follow the part in the guide you linked to that said:

So currently, you cannot boot into any other operating system, without some help. We are going to fix that soon.

As we noted, GRUB is gone and so is the ability to boot into Windows. You would now need to boot from the Windows CD/DVD to restore the Master Boot Record.
