I will need to post some announcements about new wiki features for the help.ubuntu.com/community/Lubuntu wiki. Where do I post this? What is the proper sub-forum? Can I prefix the annoucement with lubuntu?

My first thought would be the Cafe...

I agree with Iowan, the Cafe would be the best place for your announcement, and you can use the Lubuntu prefix. Be sure to mention, that there can be a discussion thread about your wiki page in the Tuts & Tips sub-forum.
I will of course use the community cafe forum to post. But I really don't think it let's me use any prefix besides "Solved"
Truthfully, I never noticed that the only prefix available in the Community Discussions section of the Forum was Solved. Of course using Lubuntu in the title negates the need for a prefix.
