    Re: Thinkpad T530 review

It's time for me to upgrade my current Dell laptop that originally came with pre-installed Ubuntu (Great laptop until now) as it's getting a bit old I had a look at the new pre-installed Ubuntu from Dell the XPS 13 but it's only a 13" screen and no CD/DVD drive. so I started to look around and found the "ThinkPad T530 Laptop" seem to me a very good option, but I have a couple of questions:

Any issue with the "Integrated WiFi Wireless LAN Adapters", "Bluetooth 4.0 with Antenna" or any of the "Optical Devices"

    Many Thanks

I have a T530 which I bought a couple months ago. This is a fantastic computer for Ubuntu!
The wifi works out of the box as does the optical device and camera. Bluetooth works too, though you'll want to install Blueman bluetooth manager.
I skipped the nVidia option and installed an SSD drive.
The function buttons all work, with the exception of the mic button.
I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 because I like the stability and features.
