If your bluetooth device shows connectivity then your problem is not the device but the sound system itself. Once you gain connectivity follow these instructions.
1. Go to sound configuration --> you can use the finder that comes built-in with Ubuntu just write sound in the language of your system.
2. Once in the sound configuration utility, go to the hardware label. You must be able to see you handset below the icon of your hardware card. Select the Handset.
3. Down in the same place, you will find a dropbox with label "Profile". By default the option is "Duplex Telephony", change it to be "High Fidelity reproduction".
4. Test your handset using the button next to the dropbox (this is optional).
5. Enjoy it. !!! (Mandatory)
