    Google Chrome 21 released!

I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64-bit and I have managed to use GPU acceleration in Google Chrome 21. My GPU is AMD/ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650, latest driver 12.6 installed. Here're my result >>>

    Without GPU acceleration, 10 fishes.

    Turned GPU acceleration on.

Now with GPU acceleration, 1,000 fishes + full effects + better FPS.

I'm using this feature for a while now, didn't found any bug yet.

I'm also tested Opera 12 with the same machine and system.

    Without GPU acceleration, 10 fishes.

Turned GPU acceleration and WebGL on. >>> 0 = disable, 1 = auto enable, 2 = force enable

Restart Opera and type opera:gpu >>> Hardware Acceleration should be "Enabled" if your installed driver supports this feature.

Now with GPU acceleration, 1,000 fishes + full effects(Opera can't render water effect) + better FPS.

The thing is, I couldn't found a way to enable GPU acceleration in Firefox, searched and tried everything. Stick with Google Chrome for now until Firefox fixed this.

Is there anything you have to do to turn on GPU acceleration for Chromium? What benefit does GPU acceleration give you on your average website, if anything?
    Do you folks like coffee?

Not sure myself for Chromium, I prefer Chrome more than Chromium, more into standard(IMO).

Most benefit when surfing with my average websites(Facebook, blogs, etc....) is that the page load and scroll noticeable faster, especially when it has a lot of contents.

And if the page contains some sort of transition, animation, enable GPU acceleration will give you a lot better result, like heaven and earth.
