Is there a way to bold the Unity panel fonts? (12.04)

The only font that gets bolded is the name of the application in the upper left hand corner. Bolded fonts are easier for me to read so I want to change the global menu and the time/date fonts to bold. Everything else on my system is bold by using Ubuntu Tweak but it doesn't affect those two things I mentioned for some reason.

Yeah it doesn't do anything. I think it's controlled in some separate file in the theme folder but I can't figure out which one.
