notice the dot you're placing at the beginning.
that's actually telling it to go somewhere else.
if the folder is called mac-osx-wallpapers and is located in your home directory, then it should be like this:
also, make sure the DEBIAN folder is called DEBIAN with all capital letters, and make sure to leave a blank line at the end of the control file.Code:cd sudo chown -R root.root mac-osx-wallpapers/ sudo dpkg -b mac-osx-wallpapers/ mac-osx-wallpapers.deb

what is the name of the folder where you have the wallpapers?
where is this folder located?

I gave the folder to Root and I am still getting the same error message that there is no control file![]()

The folder's name is "Mac-OSX-Wallpapers" and is in my Home folder.
