    Booting Problem

When I turn on PC, I get BIOS "Welcome Screen", and PC restarts. After it's restarted, it restarts again and again. What could be problem?

Sounds as though the Hard Drive is broken. But it should give you an error.

Go into the BIOS and check the hard drive can be seen and see if you can boot off a Live CD by changing the boot order to boot the CD first.

    Good Luck

    Re: Booting Problem

I had this on a Windows machine recently. Running "memtest" from a live CD gave me the answer, faulty ram stick!. Even though BIOS showed all memory present, replacing the sticks (had 4 X 512MB in it) one at a time solved the problem.

Also maybe check for a ram seating problem in its socket.
