How does Adobe Air on Ubuntu?

Hello, I need to know something. Adobe Air is not supported on Linux since last year. I wondered if it was possible to install Adobe Air 2.6 on the latest Ubuntu version. And if it has support.
Moreover, if not possible. Do you Know any system that can be used in web, desktop and mobile phone at the same time?
As flash AS3 and air ... or java vm

I have recently installed Adobe AIR on 12.04 Precise using the instructions in the thread below.
