Hi i'm having problems installing ubuntu. I've installed it on an old laptop with an amd atherlon 64 with 1GB Ram. This works fine.
What I'm having trouble with is installing ubuntu on a Biostar IDEQ 200N It has an Atherlon 3000+ with 1GB Ram and onboard graphics.
the below image shows the error.

I have tried installing with udate selcted and with nothing selected. I did have 2x1GB sticks but here were errors when I tested them using Ubuntu. I tested them seperatly and found that one did not have any errors. I tested this stick 3 or 4 times to make sure and it passed 100% each time.
I have changed the HDD
I have tried installing from a dvd and a usb stick using the instructions from your website.
Ive increased the ram for the onboard gpu and even tried disabling bios shadowing of the video ram.
I can't think of what else to do apart from put in an agp gpu.
Has any one got any ideas what so ever?
Below is the spec of the PC.
