I'm using a HP Pavillion dv6-6b50sa laptop with Windows 7 and a HP Photosmart b109a printer.
I've installed the HP software for the printer from their website, the software installed successfully and I can print with it, but in the 'Hp Solution Center' the ink levels are 'not available' and when I click on 'printer toolbox' (as I want to align the printer) nothing happens.
How can I get the solution center to be fully operational?
