    Keyboard

I did a dumb thing in that I enabled gnome 3 (Ubuntu) to show the keyboard on start up but can't remember how I did that. (It shows up at the bottom of my screen at the log in window) I would like to undo it but can't seem to find the link to do so. Can U help ?

    Thanks,
    Bruce

    Re: Keyboard

    Hi eipapp.

You can disable the automatic start up of the 'onboard' keyboard by calling an application called 'onboard settings'.

Hope it helps, and tell us how it goes.
    Regards.

    Re: Keyboard

Found "Onboard Settings" but was not able to find a way to either disable or delete it. Any suggestions ???

    Thanks much,

    Re: Keyboard

Disable 'Show onboard when unlocking the screen' on Onboard Settings.

Then, I would make sure there's no Onboard entry on the 'Startup Applications'.

    Tell us how it goes.
    Regards.
