I dunno. If you use the command line often enough you pick it up.

You can print those on both sides of an A4 paper and laminate the paper....
    These were helpful...

I find a lot of information on IBM's Developer Network site to be useful:

    http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/ai...ine/index.html

This is the first of over a dozen or so articles that they call "Speaking Unix". I like the examples and explanations they have which go beyond some of the otherwise rather terse manpage texts.

You may want to check whether all this works with Ubuntu/Linux, though, because they mainly talk about AIX. But so far I've had no problems at all in that respect.

    Regarding this link.

    https://help.ubuntu.com/community/CommandLineResources

There is a book here i have been reading, Learning the Command Line by
    William E. Shotts Jr.
I highly recommend this book, it is the easiest to follow guide i have found yet.

    offgridguy,

I had a look and am not seeing a book by that name ('Learning the Command Line') on the link. Can you confirm it is still there or whether the link on the page is a different name?

    Thanks in anticipation
