Reboot from logout screen: password prompt/"Not authorized"

Hi,

Using Lubuntu 12.04 (64 bit) fresh install on thinkpad w520 and upgraded from 11.10 on a desktop system. If I try to reboot, from logout dialog it ask me for the admin password... why???, can I change this to the normal/usual behavior?

And what is worst after it shows the admin password prompt after about 2 seconds, the dialog closes without giving me the time to type the password and obviously it doesn't reboot and the logout dialog is closed.

If I press cancel, it shows and error "Not authorized"

I've found something similar as a bug on:

but it's only for suspend, not for reboot

Any help is very much appreciated.
