Question [SOLVED] How to change the way the function keys work?

    Hi there,
I'm running a Dell XPS15 and I find really annoying to have to press the "Fn" key to activate keyboard backlight, multimedia functions...

Is there a way to invert this behaviour and makes the function keys are activated only when pressing "Fn", and so make the backlight and multimedia are activated directly?

    Thanks.

Ok, this settings is in the BIOS, not related to Ubuntu at all.
