I'm considering switching from my wired (ADSL) to mobile internet.

It would be almost 40% cheaper than what internet access costs on my wired connection.

The problem is that Alcatel x230d (internet stick) officially suports only Windows and MacOS.

Has anybody had any experience with this Alcatel X230D?
Can it be made to work in Ubuntu?
