Camera Video Washed Out

I was attempting to make a project in OpenShot when I noticed that all of a sudden, the clips were very washed out. I double checked the original files, and they were washed out too! But, the thumbnails looked normal! Any idea why this might be? Help!!

Looking around it would seem the two most likely causes would be:

1) Colour profiles, however I'm unfamiliar with openshot, does it give you any options for adjusting colours in the preferences?

2) Another cause could possibly be issues with your graphics driver.

I don't think it's color profiles. When you make a change to the clips, the original file is not modified. Any way to tell if it's the graphics driver?
