Return from Hiatus

I havn't been on the forums in a few years (or using Ubuntu for that matter), but I am getting back into running it as my main work OS.

I've reset my password to my forum account and I'm trying to refresh my profile and information, but its saying I don't have access to my CP? Is there something that is blocking me?
