fresh install. gconf cleaner finds 352 keys every boot. not cleaned

hi. just as you read in title. no matter if i reboot or not actually i just ran the program again and still 352 cleanable gconf keys. it said they were succesfully cleaned but it finds them everytime. this has happened before on another os with like just 2-5 keys that stayed there but not 352. and this is a clean install. linux mint 13 maya mate edition.

Judging from the description that program is based on assumptions that don't hold in practice so it just doesn't work. It even may remove settings you want to keep.
ClassicMenu Indicator - classic GNOME menu for Unity
Unsettings - configuration program for the Unity
Privacy Indicator - easily switch privacy settings in Unity
Arronax - create and modify app starters

i understand, i have used it for a long time and no problem like this before it usually only finds 100 or more at first but cleans them all as it says now but they dont appear again after restart.

one thing i noticed is in bodhi install i have it cleans them all and if i am connected to a network it knocks me off and ask me for a password again to be entered so i do and it works fine. so i notice it cleans the network key file or whatever but in this linux mint 13 mate it doesn't even do this after finding 352 keys. i have had no issues before that ran into problems.

coming from windows a few years ago and never worried about linux maintance. i understand there isn't alot of it but just trying to pick up on ANYTHING little.

    thanks
