    Reading .exe ebooks on Ubuntu?

Hey everyone, I just downloaded some ebooks which I wanted to read on my Windows machine. They worked fine, and now I'd like to be able to read them on my Linux machine as well. I'm running Ubuntu 10.10. The ebooks are in .exe format. Is there any existing package that will allow me to view this? Or any type of converter..?

    Thanks in advance,

    Vignesh R.

This article may prove helpful as there is no native Linux app, TMK, that will read ebooks but it can be done through wine and kindle..

I would use Kindle..but it requires that I have an Amazon username and password. Which, unfortunately, I do not have.

    Any alternatives?

    Thanks,

Tried it..and it doesn't work. Either what I'm doing is wrong, or it just doesn't support it.

According to what I've done ... right-click the .exe and select opened in Wine ... and enjoy!

    Remember:

    According to what I've done.
Currently I used 12.04 and the latest wine.
