Question No music in Toontown (Ubuntu 10.10)

Getting in touch with my old childhood game, I wanted to play ToonTown with my brother and my mom. Everything works just fine...except the fact that there is no music whatsoever coming out of the game :S

I consulted the great Wiki of wine for an explanation and it said that I need to install a
synthesizer as well as a sound-font. Then it said I needed to start up the said synthesizer and sound-font via command line (Which I hardly have any experience with at all) but that didn't work (or I probably did something wrong),

So can anyone here please tell me what to do in small baby steps that I, someone who hardly uses the terminal, can comprehend? Would really appreciate it...playing TTO with no music is kinda depressing Dx
