Woohoo! Thanks, I was looking for a way to get my Firefox icons back!
I was bothered by Firefox having that generic icon as well, but I can't seem to get this script to work. Is there something other than gedit you have to use for Kubuntu? Should I not be using the terminal? When I put it into the terminal, it says gedit: command not found. When I try the first line in Run Command it just does nothing.
It's my first week using Kubuntu, so I'm still learning.
if you're using kubuntu, use kate instead of gedit. gedit is the editor for gnome. kate is the editor for kde.
Thanks, it worked great!
I have used kate, but I didn't put it together what gedit was. Now I'll be aware. Thanks for the help!
Nice script I love it !!

$ sudo apt-get install mozilla-thunderbird , untill i read this post
