Lightbulb Chrome error, msg client error, or security threat?

While using chrome in Unbuntu I seemed to have right clicked or hit some stange key combo which brought up a prompt near my cursor. The box read a username I used for chatting, but not my login name and then below it a line that said "your wish is my command prompt"
    like this:

    USERNAME
Your wish is my command prompt

Any idea if this is something I made have triggered from chrome/chromium (both were running at the time) or could it be something native to Ubuntu?
I cannot reproduce the error and I did not snap a shot of it. Could it be a security threat? This was a dual booting machine and the other partition did have a windows virus.

I just want to see if that message rings any bells for programs like the chat, chrome, or any other legit program. The way this occurred sort of seemed like a legit response from a program, not like it ever happened before or again after, did I trigger something?

    Thanks,
    Roland

To increase the chance of being helped, mention the site you were browsing at the time.

I would if I could , I had a few tabs open , and just to be a little more descriptive (no screenshot) it looked like a system "pop up" that happens when you right click something. There was no frame like a new browser window would have.

I really cannot provide more information, unfortunately.

I used google to try and find a similar message produced from any known application and so far, no luck. I am still not sure if it is wise to assume it was a "hacked" message. If so, it seems to be the dumbest message ever created. If anybody thinks they have an idea of the origin of a message like this please let me know. Ubuntu had no services running , just default desktop install. Like I said, the windows partition has a virus on it, i just assumed that could not carry over into some form of open access to the linux OS when booted up.

Still unsure what happened. Before it happened there were ack scan's smurf attacks and IP spoof attempts detected on the router as well. Bit torrent has been running it is hard to say if those were false positives and also if this was a symptom of something specific, but i figured i would ask the experts for any ideas.

You probably just clicked an ad or something. A Windows virus shouldn't carry over to Linux. I can't find anything online about this though.

It was not an ad. I could not find anything on it either.

Life has its mysteries, I suppose.
