I like the name; however, it arrived a week late for my netbook. Already installed Crunchbang.

I really want to upgrade, but am finishing up a huge project for work and can't avoid any downtime . Just more motivation to finish though.

No, this is definitively not Kosher I guess we'll have to rely on Pear Linux to save the day

I watched the latest episode of the Linux Action Show and they were surprisingly positive about this Fedora release. I'm tempted to try it however I have only one machine. Maybe I should set up a triple boot: W7, Precise and Fedora 17. It's now dual booting 7 and Oneiric, guess it's not that hard to add Fedora to the mix?

I am still not convinced that Bryan wasn't just trolling

    You could always use Virtualbox

Me neither, but I want to try it anyway I just wait for a little while and go for the triple boot (already downloaded and seeding Fedora Live CD).

I tried the 64 bit Live CD and I must say it look good (I never used Gnome Shell before). A quite smooth experience on the open source Nvidia drivers. Sadly they also appear to be the cause of a crash in Firefox. After a while I couldn't launch applications anymore. I hope it will be more stable when installed and running the proprietary Nvidia driver.
