Workspace switcher for windows?

My mom saw me using the workspace switcher, and she's interested in getting a program like that. Thing is... well, she's a mom, and she's too busy to learn/install Ubuntu. Does anyone know if Windows has programs like Ubuntu's workspace switcher?

When I had vista I used a very basic one, atm forget the name

I've used a couple but they were mostly terrible and slow. One of the reasons I hated Windows, it simply lacks basic features that should be implemented by default.
