Few basic questions please about MAC Virtual machine

OK I know that this is a ubuntu distro forum - but - you guys are always so helpful

Let me ask you - is it possible to install a mac OS X on an Oracle Virtual Box?

Apparently this is not strictly legal? If not why not?

Reason I ask is this - I have to occasionally use a program that works best on a mac (but I dont like the OS nor the machines) but I was thinking to install a MAC virtual machine -

Anyone see any issues here? Thanks!

It would certainly be a violation of the EULA, which requires the OS to be installed on their hardware platform.

But say that someone wanted to - could they install mac as an OS on VirtualBox?
