I can't find key shorcut applet

I just installed Ubuntu 12.04 32 bits. I wanted to set some shortcuts but couldn't find preference>key shortcut applet. I thought maybe I unchecked it in "Main menu", so I went there to look for it, It's not there either. How do add it back to my menu?
    Thanks in advance!

Not sure what you want to add back to your main menu but keymaps are under Cog Wheel > System Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts.

I ended up adding an applet to the gnome-panel and it worked. Thanks
