I may have ruined my raid array. I need help

I tried to use dmraid to view data on a raid 10 array. Now when I try to boot into Windows the PC does not see the OS. I used the command dmraid -ay. I did not think it would write anything to the disk but it seems like it may have done so. Is there anyway to recover from this? Much of the data should still be intact if there is anyway to get the data back that is. Would erasing dmraid metadata fix the problem? Can I use HP Embedded SATA RAID Configuration Utility to get it running again?

Ok here is another question. When you activate a raid array using dmraid does it overwrite metadata on the disks in an array if it does not find the disks to already be active. What happens to the disks metadata when you use dmraid -an.
